Ginny Baxter is a former journalist and public relations professional whose passion is writing. A graduate of Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, Ginny majored in English with a focus on journalism. She later studied public relations at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She comes from a progressive Christian family and has been an active church member since childhood.
Her reflections in Woman to Woman are based on her experiences as a layperson who loves Christ. She has not written any scholarly works, but has taught a women’s Sunday School class for several years and is collecting her lessons into book form. She also is writing a book of family stories that covers six generations of her expanding family. In the Woman to Woman blog, Ginny hopes to offer insightful stories for and about Christian women and share a layperson’s perspective on life, the Lord and Christian love.
