I'm a huge fan of Paul Williams' "The Rainbow Connection" or, as I like to think of it, "The Love Song of J. Kermit Prufrog." Kermit, unlike that poor bastard in Eliot's poem, dares to eat a peach. He hears the mermaids singing, puts down the coffee spoons and gets on his bike to go and make them sing for him. Downright inspirational.
