It is difficult if not impossible to grow without suffering. Without the contrast and growth that suffering provides, you cannot experience the joy and peace that you deserve. Embrace it when it comes, cherish it, and go to God with all of it. He will embrace you with love and compassion while giving you the courage to look deeply at your suffering and embrace it in His strength. Through grace, revelation, and understanding you will be able to move toward healing in your heart. You will receive renewed strength and hope for tomorrow. Suffering has the capacity to lead you to freedom. Do not run from it, and in the fullness of time, it will reveal to you the way to peace.
