What’s Going On?! A Quick Update

Hey Friends of Revangelical! I just wanted to take a moment to let you know a little bit of what I have been up to over the last couple of weeks and why the content on the blog has been really slim.

As you may know, about three weeks ago, an organization called Evangelicals for Marriage Equality launched with the mission of changing the hearts and minds of evangelical christians on the issue of civil marriage equality. I have the honor of serving as the spokesperson of this great group of people and with that has come the responsibility of doing a lot of writing, speaking, and organizing above and beyond what I do on Revangelical. Not to mention I also recently began an awesome full-time job as Evangelical Organizer at an organization called Faith In Public Life, a strategy center for the faith community advancing faith in the public square as a positive and unifying force for justice, compassion, and the common good. Oh, and I am finishing the final chapters of my book Nomad which is due out in late 2015. So it’s been a busy couple of weeks.

But I wanted to keep you all in the loop. So I am sharing some of the work I have been doing in this post and I hope you’ll check it out!
