It’s the first new moon of 2021, occurring in the sign of Capricorn. I used to have the time and energy to complete readings for individual zodiac signs. This year, when Aquarius is quite a strong influence, I am writing as oracle for the collective. Take what fits and leave the rest, and may Hekate’s torches guide you on your way.
Decks worked with: Faeries Oracle and Flowers of the Night Oracle. Cards

To begin, you need to understand that the wisdom of your intuition is always available to you. It’s a never-ending flow of informative energy. All it takes to hear it is self-awareness. You can achieve this self-awareness through grounding and centering yourself. Any aspect of your life that feels cloaked in confusion can be resolved through grounding, centering, listening (even when it’s something you don’t want to hear, and then taking appropriate action.
This is a time of endings, which makes it a time of crossroads. You have choices to make now.
This is your time to get it right. Life is a lot less confusing when you refuse denial, prioritize the truth, and find your own moral center to guide you. The time for looking outside of yourself for validation of your choices must come to end if you want to continue to grow. You’re the one who has to live with the consequences of your actions, including how those actions affect others.
No one can tell you what’s right for you. Everything becomes cloaked in confusion when you allow yourself to be deceived by what you want to believe, by what you desire, or what you know to be false. Turn inward and let it all go.
Ask yourself how your beliefs and actions are affecting your life. What kind of world are you creating for yourself and others through your thoughts, words, and deeds? What kind of person do you want to be?
Truly, take some time to ponder these questions. Journal about them, do what it takes to answer for yourself. This is the first step on your path.
Get back to your body, to your conscience and inner guidance. Your body is the first to communicate right and wrong to you. How something feels in your stomach, chest, throat is a clear sign.
This is a pivotal time of change and endings. It can be a catalyst for blessings if you’re willing to let go of all that is false, if you’re willing to connect with the truth that lives within you and honor it. Learn now to trust yourself. The veil will lift when you learn to love the truth.
If we want progress, we must get back to the basics.
