This is the blog of a fellow dying inmate in the mental asylum that is our world. A lovable child of God and soon-to-be feast for worms (like everyone), for about twenty years he has worked in ministries to higher education, youth and young adults, formation of catechists and parish servant-leaders, liturgical coordination, cinema divina, addiction recovery help, giving retreats of all kinds, and his personal favorite, striving to organize the authentic Scripture study—most of what gets posted here focuses on that delight. This blogger has taught Scripture for as many years and enjoys illustrating its literal sense which, apart from the cultural context, is unknowable. Challenge peppered by support is a dish he serves regularly. Come freely, go safely, and leave something of the happiness you bring.
