The way to be free of worry is not to fight the worry, but to replace it. Replace each negative worry with a positive affirmation. Worries are limiting thoughts that you think to yourself. You can easily and naturally replace each of those thoughts with empowering affirmations.

Instead of “I’ll never be able to figure it out” say to yourself “I am innovative, creative and resourceful.” Rather than worrying about “How will I pay the bills?” assure yourself that “I am productive and effective at creating real value.”

An affirmation will not magically change your outer circumstances. What it will change, though, is even more important. It will instantly change you and your perspective. Am affirmation will quickly and effectively remind you of the best that is within you, and bring it to the surface.

It may seem silly to repeat affirmations to yourself. But it sure beats repeating worries to yourself. Stop each worry on its tracks with a positive affirmation. Fully feel the power that is already yours, then get busy and do something wonderful with it.
