3 Things To Do This Week

3 Things To Do This Week

Someone recently asked me how I come up with the content for these articles. I have no clear method. I notice things, write them down, queue them up, and send them out each week.

Sometimes, however, I get struck hard with an idea and it moves to the top of the queue.

Like this one today.

Here are three things I’d encourage you to do this week. Yes, you heard right. *This* week. Not next week, next month, or next year.

  1. Thank someone. Best: give them a call. Second best: send them a Facebook message. Third best: send them an email. If you live with/near them, perhaps thank them in person. Or create a “Thank You” card and hand it to them. But thank somebody this week.
  2. Do something that scares you. Qualifier: I mean something you know in your gut that could be good for you, yet it’s frightening. It stands outside your comfort zone and normal routine.
  3. Pray for an enemy or someone who has been giving you a hard time. No need for elaboration.

Between now and next Wednesday, leave a comment on the blog and let us know how you did.
