Media misreport Dutch teen Noa Pothoven’s death as euthanasia

Apparently the tragic death of 17-year-old Noa Pothoven has been widely misreported around the globe as euthanasia or assisted suicide, which is legal under certain circumstances in the Netherlands. According to new reports she in fact did ask to be euthanized but the hospital refused. It appears to be more of a case of suicide and not euthanasia.
