Move over, Obama — Trump has now displaced you as political stage central player

Move over, Obama — Trump has now displaced you as political stage central player December 28, 2015

Despite popular speculation, Trump continues to be the forerunner in the GOP presidential race and has subsequently nudged President Obama out of the limelight. My, my how the tables have turned.

Trump’s unconventional approach to his campaign is paying off.

The Hill reports on the reality of his success (it’s about time someone did):

The latest national polls confirm that Trump’s momentum isn’t slowing down. Within the past week, the real estate mogul:

• topped the field in a post-debate survey from Public Policy Polling, increasing his lead by 8 points;

• bested the second-place finisher by 4 points in a Quinnipiac University poll;

• and opened up a 21-point lead in a CNN/ORC International poll.

Trump frequently boasts about his poll numbers on Twitter, using them to fight back against a media he says is biased against his candidacy.

The poll numbers highlight how Trump has displaced President Obama as the central player on the political stage, with both parties reacting daily to his insults, tweets and attack lines.

Trump’s candor and refreshing sense of reality are exactly what this country needs. Trump knows national stability — economically and politically — is not a given. Despite the constant churning of economic tidal waves, he successfully rebuilt his business empires multiple times. He knows and understands the importance of quick, and effective decision making — despite circumstances.

He is the man that can rebuild our nation and as the new year approaches, he rightfully takes his place center stage.  He is the only one with the Rolodex to the people in the world who can actually take effective action in defeating ISIS as well as repair the economy to a place where we the people can thrive right here in the good old US of A.
